Please utilize the following Google form for logging meeting minutes and attendance for each committee meeting. Minutes do not need to be detailed, but have enough information that the executive team knows what you’re working on and can speak to it if asked by university leadership. Meeting minutes should be filled out by the end of each month.
Please put any committee work, past and present, into the Staff Senate shared drive folder for your committee. This will help future senators find documents and keep ownership of these documents with the Staff Senate. Click on the committee name below to access the Google shared drive folder for that Committee. A VCU eID and password is required to sign in to access these folders on Google Drive.
Google groups have been set up for each Committee. A Google group can be used for:
- A mailing or distribution list
- An open forum
- Drive access permission list
- Calendar invites
