VCU Staff Senate’s Shared Governance subcommittee serves to strengthen the relationship between the Senate and university leadership for the purposes of improved information flow and transparent decision-making. 

This committee only has 8 seats available and members are required to attend University Council meetings on the first Thursday of the month @ 3pm (times vary for certain dates, see more information on the University Council website).
